Terms of Use
These Terms are an agreement between you and Garden Frontline (“we”, “us”) about the Garden Frontline game (the “Game”). By installing or playing the Game, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game.
1. Who may play
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases.
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control. The Game, including its code, art, sounds, characters and names, belongs to us or our licensors. Third-party components are used under their own licences, listed in Settings → “Licenses & credits”.
3. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts or tools that change the Game or give an unfair advantage;
- tamper with save data or game traffic, or attempt to access our servers or other players’ accounts without permission;
- copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the Game, except as the law expressly allows;
- use the Game for anything unlawful.
If you break these rules, we may reset affected progress or suspend or close the related online account. Where possible we will tell you why first.
4. Virtual items
Coins, gems, units, passes and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are part of the Game licence. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property. We may change game balance, prices of Virtual Items in game currency, or features to keep the Game fair and enjoyable.
5. Purchases Not active yet
If we offer items for real money, purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies. Prices are shown before you buy. Items are delivered to your device or account after Google confirms the payment. Except where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to cancel or a refund (for example under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law or EU consumer law), purchases of digital items that are delivered immediately cannot be cancelled once delivered. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
6. Ads Not active yet
The Game may offer optional ads in exchange for in-game rewards. Watching an ad is always your choice.
7. Online account
When online features are available, you are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We try to keep the online service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or end online features with reasonable notice in the Game.
8. Updates
We may release updates that fix problems, add or remove features, or that you must install to keep playing. Some older versions may stop working with our online services.
9. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the loss of Virtual Items or game progress. Our total liability to you for any claim about the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Ending these Terms
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it and, where applicable, deleting your account. We may end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. Sections 2 (ownership), 4, 9, 10 and 12 continue after these Terms end.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in its courts.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the Game before it applies. If you continue to play after a change applies, you accept the updated Terms.
